ORCNEIT Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to orcneitlab.com, including its pages, sections, materials, and available features.

The owner of the Site is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Открытый исследовательский центр нейронной инженерии и нейронных технологий» (abbreviated Russian name: ООО «ОИЦ НИНТ»; full English name: Limited Liability Company "Open Research Center for Neural Engineering and Intelligent Technologies"; abbreviated English name: ORCNEIT LLC), hereinafter also referred to as “ORCNEIT,” the “Company,” or the “Site Administration.”

By using the Site, a visitor acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agrees to use the Site in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and these Terms. A visitor who does not agree with them must stop using the Site.

The Site is the official public online resource of ORCNEIT LLC and is intended to provide information about the Company, its activities, research, development, projects, technologies, and other areas of work.

Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes unless a particular page expressly states otherwise. Information about projects, products, research, anticipated capabilities, or development plans does not in itself oblige the Company to provide a corresponding product, service, or feature.

Materials on the Site do not constitute a public offer unless expressly stated in a specific proposal or unless this follows from the substance of that proposal under the laws of the Russian Federation.

Rights to texts, source code, design, graphics, images, videos, databases, documentation, research results, software, designations, logos, and other intellectual property made available on the Site belong to ORCNEIT LLC and/or other rights holders who have lawfully authorized their use by the Company.

Making material available on the Site does not grant a visitor exclusive rights or a license to that material unless expressly stated alongside it.

A visitor may view and use Site materials only to the extent expressly permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation or by a separate license published by the Company.

Commercial use, systematic copying, distribution, adaptation, or incorporation of Site materials into databases, software, or other materials is permitted only with the consent of the relevant rights holder unless otherwise allowed by law.

Lawfully published materials may be quoted in the cases and within the limits prescribed by law, with attribution to the source. The absence of technical protection measures or a specific prohibition notice does not amount to permission to use intellectual property.

When using the Site, visitors must not:

• violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to ORCNEIT systems, servers, accounts, administrative interfaces, or other infrastructure;
• interfere with the operation of the Site or circumvent technical restrictions or safeguards;
• distribute malicious code or use the Site to attack information systems;
• impersonate ORCNEIT LLC or its employees, representatives, or partners without authorization;
• use ORCNEIT designations in a way that may create a false impression of partnership, endorsement, or an official relationship with the Company;
• perform large-scale automated collection of Site materials or data contrary to applicable restrictions, unless permitted by law or separately authorized by the Company.

A visitor is responsible for the content of information and materials they independently send to the Company through its published contact channels.

Passwords, private keys, payment details, restricted information, or other information requiring special protection should not be sent by ordinary email unless the Company has expressly provided a secure channel intended for that purpose.

Sending the Company an unsolicited idea, proposal, concept, technical solution, or other material through a public channel does not in itself create a confidentiality agreement, license agreement, obligation to enter into a contract, or obligation to pay compensation. Any required confidentiality arrangements should be agreed with the Company in advance.

This rule applies to the Site's public channels and ordinary email and does not apply to ORCNEIT Contributors. Material created within ORCNEIT Contributors after the specific agreement has been accepted is governed by the platform's separate mandatory texts.

ORCNEIT takes reasonable measures to keep information on the Site current. However, research, technical, and informational materials may change as projects and technologies develop.

The Company may correct, update, supplement, or remove Site materials without prior notice unless otherwise required by law or a separate obligation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those resources are outside ORCNEIT's control. A link does not in itself constitute the Company's endorsement of the content, privacy practices, security, or activities of the relevant resource.

The previous general Personal Data Processing Policy of ООО «ОИЦ НИНТ» is hidden while a new revision is prepared. The current Policy status is published in the Help Center. Where processing requires the data subject's consent, that consent is obtained separately from these Terms. ORCNEIT Contributors is governed by its own specific texts.

The Company may modify the architecture, content, and features of the Site or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or troubleshooting purposes.

ORCNEIT does not guarantee entirely uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site, but takes reasonable measures to maintain its availability and security.

ORCNEIT may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Site together with its publication or effective date.

These Terms and relations arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
